AI session replay analysis
Review sessions without watching every replay.

Built on rrweb, the open source session recorder.

AI session replay analysis
Read what happened before choosing what to replay.
Session Narrator summarises recorded actions and how the session ended. Apparent goals are inferred from those actions. The examples below show behaviours to investigate in the replay.
One plain sentence, read from what they searched and changed.
The turning points in order, and where they ended up.
Actions repeated during the session, with the recorded changes.
A value was set again after reopening a menu.
A password submitted twice, or an autofill they had to fix.
An error appeared with no recorded acknowledgement.
Scrolling up and down, or bouncing between two pages.
A field cleared and retyped, a validation loop, a dialog stealing focus.
The layout shifted first and they hit something else.
A click was followed by no visible change, or by more clicks while loading.

Session replay for support, product and engineering teams
From summary to replay
Start with the summary, then follow a step to its moment in the recording. Agents can request more detail through the CLI as needed.
This example has a summary of about 130 tokens. Start there to decide which steps need a closer look.
Open the steps to inspect the recorded actions and the values they changed.
Each step opens the replay at that moment, so you or your agent can check what was on screen.
Give your agent access to session summaries
Your team can read summaries in the recording viewer. If you use an AI agent, connect it through the CLI to build workflows such as drafting issues or preparing a weekly briefing.
Use session evidence in your team’s workflow
Read summaries in the recording viewer or embed replay in your product. Use the CLI to connect your agent and build workflows for the tools your team uses.
- Narrations in the recording viewer
- A CLI your agent can call
- Replay embedded in your product
- Session evidence for support and bug reports
Start reviewing your own sessions
Sign up, add the recorder to your product and turn on automatic narration in the recording viewer. Each recording is narrated once the session ends.
